After the meeting, our estimator worked diligently to explore alternatives to meet your needs while working to bring the cost down. We communicated with you about this, and our goal was always to find a solution that would allow you to move forward with the project. We want to clarify that sometimes the process of refining a project estimate and exploring options takes longer than expected. For instance, if our estimator tells you they will be working on the numbers and getting back to you, please don’t assume that we aren’t still actively working on it just because you haven’t received an update immediately. Deeper research and exploring alternatives can sometimes take several days, or even longer, depending on the complexity of the project. We always strive to provide the most accurate and feasible options, which may take some extra time. We sincerely apologize if the timeline for follow-up wasn’t clear. We certainly didn’t intend for you to feel neglected or ignored. As soon as we received your feedback, we were already working on options and aimed to provide you with an updated solution in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the overall cost of the project based on our company’s level of service was approximately four times the amount you had hoped to spend. We pride ourselves on being committed to customer satisfaction, and we believe in transparency, integrity, and delivering value. We genuinely wanted to see your project succeed and were always here to help you find the right solution that fits your vision and budget. Sometimes, though, it's simply not feasible to meet the desired budget, and we might not be the right level of service for the job.
