FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing transparent and easy to understand. • On-site consultation fee: $95, covering travel, expert advice, and a written estimate. This fee is waived in full if you hire us for the project. • Itemized proposals: Every quote shows clear labor, material, and subcontractor costs no hidden mark-ups. • Fixed-price or cost-plus: Most remodels are fixed-price; larger custom builds can be cost-plus with a mutually agreed percentage. • Discounts: 5 % courtesy discount for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. • Price-match pledge: If you receive a comparable written bid from a licensed KB-2 contractor, we’ll meet or beat it whenever possible. • Payment schedule: Standard 40 % deposit to secure materials and scheduling, balanced in progress draws tied to milestones never paid in full until final punch-list completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's a remodel, home addition, or new construction, we follow a streamlined, professional process to ensure clarity, quality, and satisfaction: 1. Initial Contact We begin with a phone call or message to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. 2. Project Discovery Based on your project type: Remodels: We discuss the scope (kitchen, bathroom, full home, etc.) and your design preferences. Additions: We review your space and zoning requirements. New Construction: We evaluate land, design plans, and permitting needs. We may schedule a $95 on-site consultation, which is waived if you proceed with us. 3. Custom Estimate & Proposal After the walkthrough (if needed), we provide a detailed, line-item estimate outlining materials, labor, timelines, and payment structure. 4. Agreement & Scheduling Once approved, we sign a contract, finalize plans or designs, secure permits (if required), and schedule your project start date. 5. Construction Phase Our licensed team and subcontractors begin the work. We maintain clear communication, provide progress updates, and ensure quality control throughout. 6. Final Walkthrough & Closeout Once complete, we do a final walkthrough with you, address any punch-list items, and ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Our mission is to make your experience smooth, collaborative, and results-driven — from concept to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, which gives me a strong foundation in technical systems, structural integrity, and project planning. I'm also a licensed KB-2 General Contractor in Arizona (ROC #359999), authorized to perform both residential and small commercial construction projects. My experience includes hands-on work in remodeling, new construction, additions, and electrical systems — backed by field training, code knowledge, and a deep understanding of construction safety, materials, and scheduling. I continue to stay updated through code book certifications, state training materials, and real-world experience managing high-quality projects across Arizona.
