- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every estimate is detailed so you know exactly what you’re paying for, from labor to materials. Because we’re family-owned, we keep overhead low and pass those savings to our clients without sacrificing quality. For larger projects, we also offer phased payment schedules to help with budgeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over the years we have developed a five-step process for our new and existing clients that's proven to be effective every time applied. 1. Consultation – We start with a free, no-pressure consultation to learn about your vision, budget, and goals. 2. Proposal – You’ll receive a detailed estimate and timeline, so expectations are clear from day one. 3. Design & Planning – We collaborate with you to finalize layouts, finishes, and design details. 4. Execution – Our experienced crew manages every detail of the build or renovation. 5. Final Walkthrough – We don’t leave until you’re 100% satisfied with the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder has over 20 years of experience as a licensed general contractor in NYC, one of the most demanding markets in the country. That experience taught us how to manage complex renovations, deliver high-end finishes, and maintain strict quality standards. We stay current with local Arizona building codes and best practices to ensure every project is both beautiful and compliant
