- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Current and past students generally think my rates are a steal for the value that I deliver. I only give one hour sessions because shorter sessions are ultimately a rip off for clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a structured and efficient methods for achieving client objectives in the fastest, and most cost-effective manner possible. It all starts with a phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for several years with the best private voice and guitar teachers in the U.S. I mastered their methods, and have gone way beyond what they taught me. I also graduated with a 3.7 G.P.A from the Carey School of Management at A.S.U. My course work focus was on music business. I subscribe to the principle of C.A.N.E.I., which is Constant And Never Ending Improvement. I am a big believer in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and am always looking for ways to 'sharpen the saw'. I never rest on my accomplishments.
