I had a closet rack and unit that came loose from the wall and was on the verge of collapsing. Jacob responded quickly, showed up on time, and came fully prepared with all the tools and materials needed. He assessed the damage, explained exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it quickly but thoroughly. What really stood out was the quality of his work—he didn’t just do a quick patch job. He reinforced the wall anchors, made sure the rack was level and sturdy, and even cleaned up the area afterward. It looks and functions better than it did when it was first installed! Friendly, professional, and reliable—I’d definitely call Jacob again for any future repairs.
