Our vacation rental management company had a tenant that created a huge mess and a bit of damage that left one of our more cute and pristine properties needing a lot of TLC. Update: After I was contacted by the owner in this review he made sure I was paid, miscommunication from the rep. The owner was on top of it, he took care of it and explained how their system is set up for vendors. He seems to be on the Up and Up. Good to go. These things happen when such changes hands from a management company, to another company, thru another one to the end user. But they got it taken care of. I give them a thumbs up!!!Original : Representative contacted me to go to a property to give estimate. I was not paid and now can not contact the Company nor representative.
