- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are far more affordable than most other places especially the other online companies. Thumbtack is good to us as we are to you. Our handyman services run around 40 dollars an hour to fifty dollars because we are worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are fully aware of the project you want done because we look at the listing and try to text or call you up to schedule the work. If you like you can do the same or email is fine. When we see your project online we will give you an estimate. If its a project that requires measuring one of us will come and take a look then give you an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We learned common sense first then hit the books but this is more enjoyable. We both had OSHA saftey hours. We both worked from trade to trade getting as much knowledge as we could. Spent at least a year on every trade before full remodeling. There's pretty much nothing we can do. We used to work for companies featured in local magazines.
