Dean is a great guy. We ran into several "oh no's" when he dug in and he dealt with them all and had great workarounds

Work quality was exceptional. He delivered on what was promised. He showed up for work everyday. And he communicated if there were any kind of issues coming up. Once I complete the finishing touches the conversion he did between the tub to the walk-in shower will be incredible!

Dean does exceptional work. He can literally build an entire house. I have never worked with someone that is a perfectionist to his level. He treats your home like his own. He is my go to handy man forever.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Timely jobs are usually estimated but some smaller handy work can be hourly. Do offer senior and military discounts.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Phone or in person estimate. No deposit on hourly work unless a lot of material is needed. Any big projects will require a 50% deposit.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started building new homes straight out of high school. Then started my own remodeling business 24 years ago. I moved to phoenix 5 years ago and became a garage door service repair technician. Now I just wanted to go back to my roots.
