- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent based on the job and the time required for repairs, installations, or home maintenance projects. I always discuss the cost upfront so customers know exactly what to expect before any work begins. I also offer $20 off for first-time customers and discounts when multiple small jobs are completed during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can message me with details about the job and include photos if possible. I’ll review everything, ask any questions needed, and provide a clear estimate. Once we schedule a time, I show up on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is clean and working properly before I leave. My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of hands-on plumbing experience working in both union and residential environments. That training gave me strong knowledge of tools, installations, and troubleshooting common home repair and plumbing issues.
