Our experience with Justin unfortunately had some challenges along the way. We ran into several delays and issues with the project that ultimately led to us deciding not to move forward with the work.
While the process was frustrating at times, I do want to give Justin credit for how he ultimately handled the situation. After discussing our concerns, he took accountability and provided us with a full refund for both the labor deposit and materials, which we really appreciated.
Things don’t always go as planned with projects, and although our experience had its difficulties, Justin making things right in the end went a long way.
