I'm an experienced handy man with reasonable pricing .. I charge $50 an hour for regular handyman.Services but that is not for every project . I generally just give you a bid for the entire project .I take the time to make sure the job is done right. I prefer to get paid for an outcome not my time. I've been in construction for over 10 years I have 5 years of plumbing experience and have been doing home repairs for at least 10. I go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and the job is done right.

I hired Michael as a handyman for several projects, hanging a ceiling fan, putting up backyard cameras and a light which went well excepted I just noticed a blue wire peeking out of the ceiling fan placement...however, the last job I hired him to complete was installing a door which he said he could do. As he was putting up the door I pointed out that the door was uneven at the top and he said he would correct it before finishing. However, I was busy on a call that took longer than I thought it would and I was distracted and took him at his word that he had adjusted the door and paid him and he left. When I completed my call and return to checkout his work I found that he did not adjust the new door and my floor and porch was left in a mess which I now need to steam and power wash. It took about three weeks for him to return and make the door usable. Michael seems to be a great guy and he has potential, however he does not pay attention to details and he leaves your place in a mess. I wish him the best but I would not hire him again and I learned a big lesson to never pay anyone until the work is done correctly and make sure they clean up behind themselves (yes, he tried to clean the plaster off my floor but it was not working so I told him to leave it but I did not realize what my front porch looked liked until later).
