I'm an experienced handy man with reasonable pricing .. I charge $50 an hour for regular handyman.Services but that is not for every project . I generally just give you a bid for the entire project .I take the time to make sure the job is done right. I prefer to get paid for an outcome not my time. I've been in construction for over 10 years I have 5 years of plumbing experience and have been doing home repairs for at least 10. I go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and the job is done right.

Super fast response and had quick availability. While onsite I asked if schedule would allow additional work. Gave me a very reasonable rate and completed 2 ceiling fan installs, the original scope and a garbage disposal install, the extra request in under 3 hours. When the need comes again, we will call. Michael did a great job! I have been searching for someone to fix my fire pit for over a year now! I have asked plumbers, appliance servicemen, and outdoor bbq service places. And no one knew how or who to call to fix this. I sent Michael some pictures of my project he sounded confident he could have my project fixed up without a hitch and he did ! He fixed it in under an hour from start to finish. He was very polite, nice to talk to and cleaned up the workspace area when he was done. My fire pit is working like a champ now! All I have to do now is wait for it to cool off outside to use it. He will be my “go to” guy from now on. Thank you again Michael :). I am so grateful.
