- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly + any materials that need to be purchased for the job. We are $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. This rate includes two technicians on site to ensure the job is done properly in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers and are always taking on new clients. We book all our clients directly by phone or text, new clients just need to provide their information to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the trades for almost 15 years now. I worked in new construction air conditioning for about 10 years which allowed me to work in other trades which have provided me the skills to be able to succeed as a handyman. I have been working as a handyman for the past 5 years now.
