Milligan flooring did an amazing job refinishing the parquet flooring in my home. They also demolished tile in the bathrooms and dining room. We will be using them to install the new time. Such a pleasure to work with! We had over 2500sqft of engineered maple wood floors we wanted sanded and refinished a different color. Ruben explained the whole process, gave realistic timeframe, and fixed anything we weren’t 100% satisfied with along the way. They were also able to replace some boards we realized had previous water damage once they were sanded. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing wood floor work!

This father and son duo really care about their workmanship and customer satisfaction. Very rare to see great craftsmanship at a reasonable price. They were able to elevate a sunken floor and create a stunning new edition to the house they worked with our needs and within budget. Always clean and tidy and fussy about the end result. Now hiring them for a second time and I am sure they will do a great job on the additional flooring.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 50$ in-person estimates and have a $275 minimum charge for smaller jobs. For projects under 700 sqft, we may charge an hourly rate of $100/hr + materials depending on the scope or our 275$ minimum. Larger projects are priced per sqft, and we are always transparent about costs—no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Discounts may be available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-person estimate to measure the space, discuss materials, and understand the customer’s vision. After that, we provide a clear written quote with pricing, timeline, and the full scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, handle all prep and demo (if needed), complete the installation or refinish, and finish with a full walk-through to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on work with my father, who has over three decades of professional flooring experience. I’ve learned every part of the trade directly from an expert — from hardwood installation and refinishing to vinyl, laminate, tile, and specialty projects. We continue to train on new materials and techniques as the industry evolves.
