Matt was incredible for my home inspection performed for my one year new build warranty. He was very thorough and his report was very clear and organized. He even offered to lower the price from what I was initially quoted because I live in a townhome and my HOA manages my roof maintenance. He brought this up to me right away. Matts’ inspection of our new home was above and beyond reproach. From the onset, his professionalism, and thoroughness, made the difference. His review and analysis of areas we would never have thought of was quite impressive, yielding results and issues worthy of following up on with the builder. Matt was very relational, and easy to talk to. Matt provided a detailed inspection report of all findings, (a tangible paper trail that we could present to the builder for correction). Matt has even volunteered to revisit our home after a minor roof issue has been repaired to verify that it has been completed. I would recommend his services to anyone.
