Matts’ inspection of our new home was above and beyond reproach. From the onset, his professionalism, and thoroughness, made the difference. His review and analysis of areas we would never have thought of was quite impressive, yielding results and issues worthy of following up on with the builder. Matt was very relational, and easy to talk to. Matt provided a detailed inspection report of all findings, (a tangible paper trail that we could present to the builder for correction). Matt has even volunteered to revisit our home after a minor roof issue has been repaired to verify that it has been completed. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I contacted Truss Home Inspections with a last minute request to inspect my new build before my framing walkthrough. Matt responded to my request quickly through thumbtack and after I setup an appointment personally called me to verify. Matt showed up to the scheduled time a few minutes early and had already walked the property before I arrived. I showed him a few of my concerns, of which he addressed immediately and showed me the areas of what needed to be pointed out to the builder. He then continued with his inspection, and sent me a detailed report of many issues. I would have never even noticed most of these issues until something went wrong well down the road. The report that was sent was very easy to read, detailed with pictures showing exactly what the areas of concern were. I am very happy to have hired Truss Home Inspection and working with Matt to make sure my house is built properly.
