We have used Erich Whitmer from Acoustic Innovations for perhaps some 20 years for our home acoustic needs. He has installed and taken care of our home surround system as we have upgraded, swapped out TV's, etc. His experience of being in this business for over 30 years has him being a walking encyclopedia of sound systems - understands the old and is current on the new. Invaluable to us. We will continue to use Erich as our indoor/outdoor needs evolve and as we keep modernizing and upgrading to the latest and greatest. Cannot begin to recommend him more highly to anyone with any acoustic needs of any kind - small or large.

Erick was wonderful.Very knowledgeable about electronics.He installed a stereo system and hooked it up t a turntable that was given to my grandson for Christmas.It ounces belonged to his grandfather who he never met.Erick new the story and wanted it to be perfect.I would recommend him highly

I reached out to Erich to provide some AV and subwoofer suggestions as I was unsure about what to buy and where to buy. Erich was also very knowledgeable about home theater set ups and he was able to set up our home theater system and was patient to answer all of my questions. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family, great experience!

Prompt communication, very knowledgeable, and attention to detail. We had an old sound/cable system installed in our new home which came with a jungle of cables. He cleaned everything up and left us with a clean wall that only has what we need. Highly recommend!
