They showed up 35 min late and came with a regular dolly to move my 500+ pound hot tub. Once they realized that wouldn't work they said they would be back in 15 to 20 min with the right tools. 40 min later I called and they said they don't have the tool and it would be another 45 min. At that point I said don't come back. Very unprofessional and not prepared for the job.
