- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a flat rate, It doesn't matter how long it takes to finish a job and leave your home sparkling and smelling good. I like to see the houses first (if possible) so I can give an exact price but I can always provide an estimate. There's a 15% discount if you hire a bi-weekly service. There's a reschedule fee of $15 if it's within 24 hours
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a house cleaner for years, what makes me have knowledge about so many types of houses require different treatment. I worked with the most flexible people to the most exigent, but I make sure to provide an excellent service no matter the necessities each house might have.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, for necessity. I worked for somebody else in the beginning but I always focused on learning as much as I could so I would have my own business one day. I started to invest on my own equipment, even though I didn't have much money left, but after a few months I was getting my own clients and here I am right now, I've been working with the same clients (and new ones) for years.
