Derrick is great and easy to communicate with.
We did a Move-out cleaning, the carpetcleaning is also covered; no need to schedule a separate carpetcleaning. My landlord will charge me for carpet repair because my dog dig some holes, but expect that I got full deposit back.
Though for moving-out cleaning, the work is not supposed to be detail oriented, I don't know how good Derrick is for weekly/monthly cleaning.

We hired Derrick to deep clean our rental house before our new renters moved in. He did a fantastic job and everything turned out better than expected! He shampooed the carpets as well. He has great customer service and worked with my busy schedule. I will definitely be hiring him again!

Derrick Did an amazing job. I have sold my house and need to have it professionally cleaned in order to honor the contract. I was in under the gun at moving out because of circumstances of getting into my new home. When I got in touch with Derrick I was under the gun. He worked around my schedule, he took my situation into consideration. He took upon a 3000 square-foot home and cleaned top to bottom. Every room, all the closets, even the windows because I asked him to. That usually doesn’t come with the contract but we worked it out. Again it was a last minute thing and yet he realized my situation and he worked with me. And on top of all that the job he did was support. The floors look amazing, and I have five dogs. The level of professionalism he showed me knowing the level of anxiety I was having totally impressed me. He took into consideration the precious I wasn’t trying to get everything done trying to work with movers and and being pulled in several directions and he still worked on his homes and did a marvelous job. It is rare that I have got to work with someone with his level of commitment, professionalism, and quality of work. I am obviously completely satisfied with his work, And his all-around capacity to get the job done.

Derrick was on time, polite, and professional. The job took longer than he expected but he stuck with it and got it finished because I was moving the next day. He worked for 6 hours straight with no break! I felt bad abou that but he was so upbeat about it i wish i could have paid him double! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a thorough cleaning.

I try to be as fare as possible it ultimately boils down to what the customer is seeking. But I'm kind of a neat freak so you'll get quality for low pricing regardless.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to cater to there likes and dislikes, as far as chemicals they prefer, fragrance preference, things that ensure their comfort.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my company is relatively new, I have been cleaning for the past 18 years!
