- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer customized pricing based on the size of your space, the level of cleaning required, and any specific request you may have. They are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us, we ask about their cleaning needs and then offer an in-person or virtual walkthrough of their space to better understand the scope of work. We then provide a precise, detailed estimate with additional requests or add-ons. We scheduled the service and stay in touch until the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners go through extensive training that focuses on proper cleaning techniques, and handling chemicals, they are background checked and license.
