We initially had an ok experience with this Haven, and a few aspects didn’t quite meet our expectations. There were some areas that needed more attention, and we felt a bit underwhelmed after the first visit. However, we appreciate their responsiveness, they took our feedback and made a genuine effort to address everything we were unhappy with. The director, in particular, was very kind, understanding, and proactive in making things right. After the follow-up, the difference was clear. The improvements they made left us feeling much more satisfied, and I really valued their commitment to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Overall, while the experience didn’t start perfectly, their responsiveness and care turned it into a positive one.
