I would give 20 stars if I could, Sparkle and shine was absolutely incredible. She spent way more time than we had even originally agreed to and she did a fantastic job and the house looks amazing. On top of that she was so friendly and my house is has never looked better. I will continue using her in the future for all of my cleaning services.

Kristin is by far the best and most thorough housecleaner we have ever had (and we've had many!). She made our house truly sparkle and shine. She spent extra time than expected to detail our house and go way above and beyond a general cleaning. She cleaned every inch of the house and got underneath furniture and hard to clean areas that had been overlooked and neglected by other cleaners. She is pleasant, has a great personality and attitude, and puts her heart and soul into all she does. We are so blessed and thrilled to have found her! I highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a discounted and flat rate pricing, after I've completed the first initial clean. I do this because I'm able to better gauge exactly what's needed and expected, and then we both have a clear idea of what's to be done and how much that will cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing their wants and needs for the baseline of my services. I generally do a deep cleaning on the initial visit, if they are looking for recurring services. I always ask if they have any special preferences, or product they'd like me to do or use. And if I can assist with any other additional service requests or organization etc. before I begin.
