- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a discounted and flat rate pricing, after I've completed the first initial clean. I do this because I'm able to better gauge exactly what's needed and expected, and then we both have a clear idea of what's to be done and how much that will cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing their wants and needs for the baseline of my services. I generally do a deep cleaning on the initial visit, if they are looking for recurring services. I always ask if they have any special preferences, or product they'd like me to do or use. And if I can assist with any other additional service requests or organization etc. before I begin. Then i just work my magic

I've been in every field of the cleaning industry, and I'd think it's safe to say I've encountered quite the variety of clientele over the 20 years I've put into this field
