I don't know what the other lady was talking about but I had the best experience ever Nikki is cleaning service is the place to go she cleaned my whole house and put lights is the place to go she cleaned my whole house and put lights around my mirror even though she didn't have to just because she seemed sitting there I don't

She was to arrive at noon. Arrived at 4:00. Worked (?) until 8:00pm. Didn’t really see the results until next day. Oh my! Arriving without a vacuum or mop and needing to borrow rags should have been an immediate red flag. I told her Lysol was NOT a dusting aid. She used it on everything. All dust rags were damp and left under my sink. She does not know how to clean ceramic tile at all. What she left for me was quite awful. Far worse than before she cleaned. She has not apologized or offered to return to fix any of it despite my advising her of all these things. A good lesson for me in how to be ripped off.

No call, no show. I received a text an hour before saying her car broke down and she canceled. No attempt to make a new appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend.
