Let me start off with I know my profile hasn't gotten much attention. The reason for this is I haven't been advertising. All my customers have been with me for 4 plus years. Recently, several customers had to put my services on hold due to financial reasons. Totally understandable. So now I need to get a few more customers. I can give references upon your request.

I am a reliable and professional cleaning provider. I take pride in my work, so with that being said, I will not leave your home unless you are 100% satisfied. I clean your home, as if it were my own. I’m not here just to make money. One of the reasons I became a house cleaner is because I enjoy cleaning. I don’t mind going outside that checklist that all house cleaners should leave at the end of the job, and I won’t charge you unless it’s going to take another hour. ( I am allergic to cats) PRICES NEGOTIABLE. I also use a steam cleaner so you get a sanitized cleaning as well as a detailed cleaning.

Sonia and her crew were amazing. Professional and very pleasant to have around. They brought all their own supplies. I used them for a “move-out” cleaning and the house looks better than when we moved in... I’m sorry we won’t have them for our next home, out of state.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Along with pricing I also give a discount. That discount is if I have to reschedule an cleaning visit and it’s my fault I give you a discount on that cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go out and meet the new customer, give an estimate, schedule first visit and go from there. I call/text the customer the day befor to remind/confirm their appointment. on the day of appointment I send a courtesy text 15 mins. befor arrival.
