Our pricing is always transparent and based on your home’s size, condition, and specific cleaning needs, no hidden fees. We offer upfront estimates before booking, and the total you see is the total you pay. We also provide occasional promotions for first-time clients and a $20 referral discount for returning customers who refer a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home and your goals whether it’s a one-time deep clean, a move-out, or ongoing service. We provide a quick, no-pressure quote based on your home’s size and needs, then confirm your booking. On cleaning day, we show up on time, with our own supplies and a detailed checklist to ensure everything meets Spotless Society standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed professional residential and vacation rental cleaning training, along with best practices and eco-friendly cleaning product use. Beyond that, years of hands-on experience and customer feedback have helped us refine our process to deliver consistent, five-star results.
