📋 Strata Cleaning Services – Estimate & Booking Process Terms
1. Estimates
All estimates are based on the information provided by the client (square footage, number of rooms, current condition of the property, etc.).
Time and cost may vary depending on the actual condition of the home at the time of service.
Estimates are not final invoices. Additional charges may apply for:
Undisclosed rooms or conditions
Heavy buildup or neglected areas
Add-on services requested during the cleaning
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
We receive all required details (address, square footage, room count, service type)
A valid credit/debit card is placed on file
You agree to our Terms & Conditions
3. Card on File & Pre-Authorization
For all new clients and one-time cleanings, a card is required on file at the time of booking.
Your card may be pre-authorized for the estimated amount but will not be charged until the job is completed.
We will notify you if the job requires more time or additional services prior to continuing work beyond the estimated scope.
4. Time Windows
Cleanings are scheduled within a 1-hour arrival window.
If delays occur (e.g., traffic or job overlap), you will be notified promptly.
Cleanings are charged based on actual time spent on-site, per our hourly rate matrix.
5. Final Invoice
After the cleaning is completed, your card on file will be charged for the total hours worked and any applicable add-ons.
You will receive an itemized receipt via email or SMS.

Very unprofessional. I would not hire this company again.
My review isn’t to reference the cleaner as the company should be more professional and realistic for what they send their cleaners to do.
They sent 1 cleaner for a move out clean. She didn’t seem to know that it was a move out clean and the house would be empty.
She brought her own cleaners/ basic string mop and basic vacuum. The mop just pushed stuff around and she used Mr. Clean on the floors and generic cleaning supplies.
The original estimate for the move out clean was for 6 hours $50/ hr.
It was broken down on time per room. They don’t specify how many cleaners come.
She arrived late and the job took 2 more hours than what was expected.
At the 6 hour mark I came back to see what was going on. At that point she had only done the top floor of a 1395 sq foot house and had still missed a lot. I started cleaning with her.
I messaged the company that night when I arrived to the house to let them know what was going on. There was no reply.
The next day when he wanted payment that’s when he decided to reach out. He was dismissive to my concerns and was just telling me to pay the invoice.
We agreed on a discounted amount and he continued to charge me more than what was agreed upon. He charged a card without permission.
He refused to answer me now about the amount charged.
Please stay away from this company. Their workers deserve better management.

We take pride in the quality of our work and always strive to maintain professionalism and fairness in every situation. In this case, we’re extremely disappointed by this review — not because of the work performed, but because of the dishonest way the situation was handled afterward.
Our cleaner completed the job in the evening, conducted a professional walkthrough with the client, and received verbal confirmation that the home was “way cleaner than when she moved in” and that she was satisfied. Despite that, the client later reversed her position — not based on the actual cleaning, but due to our refusal to allow her to walk away without paying.
When concerns were raised later, we immediately offered to return within our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee — even though she had already approved the job. Instead of accepting this, she removed her card on file, directly violating our Standard Service Agreement, which she agreed to by booking. She was then charged the discounted rate we had discussed — nothing more.
Further, the photos she provided in her complaint were taken during the daytime, while our cleaner was there in the evening. This alone makes her claim misleading. We have our own documented before-and-after photos showing the true condition of the home and the results delivered — and we are fully prepared to provide this evidence.
This review is not only dishonest but borders on defamation of character against a cleaner who did her job professionally and respectfully. We are not robots — we are humans who care about the work we do and who always offer solutions when something isn’t perfect. In this case, we were more than willing to make it right, but the client chose to act in bad faith.
We stand firmly behind our team, our policies, and our work — and we caution other cleaning services from working with individuals who show such blatant disregard for agreements, effort, and honesty.
