- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
🎨Each project comes with two revisions max. It’s a $60 up charge per revision if exceeding two revisions. 🎨We can set up an appointment for a phone call or a video chat at the link in my bio for consultation, plus a 50% down payment minimum to start the design process. I would love to learn more! 🎨I provide free marketing at my will, ONLY after a successful close per project as part of my client appreciation. It’s a way of saying thank you! 🎨My hours are flexible on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I’m ready to work with you asap!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide consultation to learn/discuss the scope of the project, requirements, cost, deadline and what to expect. This is a good time for clients to share what they require in order for me to meet their marketing needs. I also require a 50% non-refundable deposit out of the total compensation in order to start the design process. I ensure high quality of each design and to get the job done right! As a graphic designer/artist, it is my role to create a lifetime vision of their companies, advertisements or events using my unique design skills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design since December 2016. Additional skills are 3D rendering from a graduate level internship program with Tietronix Software Inc. I also minored in marketing to get an idea on how to target customers based on their interests. In edition, I gained 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
