About
Hi, I’m Josh. I bring years of high-end interior design and operations experience from Los Angeles to my floral and event design practice here in Phoenix. I specialize in creating refined, moody, and deeply personal environments...whether for intimate gatherings or large-scale celebrations. My work blends a sharp editorial eye with intuitive storytelling, resulting in spaces that feel intentional, stylish, and unforgettable. Every project is approached with care, clarity, and a high standard of execution. Please note: I focus on committed, serious inquiries. Consultations are subject to a platform fee, and I’m unable to offer pro bono work at this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh on our Winter Gala. I was immediately drawn to his modern design style and sophisticated color palettes, and when I reached out to him about transforming out gala venue, he responded immediately. After visiting the venue site, Josh helped us develop a cohesive creative vision that thoughtfully incorporated color, texture, and lighting to elevate the space and create the mood we wanted, while taking into account the venue's design and colors as well. He has an eye for immersive event design and even gave recommendations on venue layout modifications and placement/design of other vendors. Josh's decorations are beautifully detailed and can both be appreciated up-close and at a distance from across the room. For our event, we agreed on a mix of live and artificial foliage pieces, and it was the perfect addition that completely transformed the room. Above all, I cannot emphasize enough how Josh is an incredible problem-solver and will do everything he can to make your vision come to life. As a nonprofit organization, we were working with a nearly nonexistent decor budget, yet Josh never said no to our ideas or compromised on the quantity, quality, or overall effect of the final decor. He was genuinely invested in our event and our mission, and went so far as to personally source materials from Amazon, Goodwill, and discount stores across Phoenix instead of relying on his usual suppliers to help us stay within budget. When we asked for voluminous Christmas garlands at a fraction of the cost, he rose to the challenge and found inventive ways to make a small amount of cedar look full and voluminous. His creativity, resourcefulness, and willingness to find unique solutions for our needs was truly remarkable. And the icing on the cake...HE DID EVERYTHING IN LESS THAN A WEEK. We contacted him on Monday and the event was on Friday night.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a studio coordinator working for Gensler, the worlds largest architecture firm. I had various operations roles at Gensler in Los Angeles before running operations for a celebrity interior designer, and then most recently running operations for an architecture, interior design and brand development firm.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The health of the relationship throughout the project is so important. It really is a designer client partnership and your designer should be listening and guiding you along the way, rather than pushing design ideas on you that make not feel like you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Art is creative problem solving. Providing a budget upfront allows us to plan and prioritize to give you the best experience and designs for your budget.
