- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed price system for common service requests where the service is performed in our shop. We come to you, claim your computer or electronic device, and bring it back to our shop. Common pickup services are done for $89.99 (some restrictions or fees may apply, ask before you schedule). For onsite services at your home, we charge an hourly service rate of $60 per hour. This does not include the costs of parts or equipment and travel. For services, repairs, or support at a business, or a computer/device owned by a business, our hourly service rate is $80 per hour. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We attend various training, seminars, and take certification courses and exams in order to stay current. New technology is always coming out, there are researchers and developers inventing and creating new techniques, software, etc. And if we didn't keep up on it all, we'd quickly fall behind.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of IT support for small and medium sized businesses. This has been our core focus for the last 10 months. We still go to peoples homes and pickup their computers for services and repairs, most commonly for virus and malware removal.
