- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for considering our moving services. I wanted to provide some clarity on our pricing and service structure. Our standard policy includes a 3-hour minimum for our moving services, which is consistent with industry standards for a team of 2 movers and a truck. This helps ensure we can efficiently manage the logistics and provide the best service possible. If your move requires additional manpower, we offer the option to add more movers at an additional hourly rate. Should your move extend beyond the initial 3 hours, we charge in 30-minute increments to keep things fair and straightforward. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make contact with a customer and go over an inventory list of items to be moved. We would agree on a time, date, & price. We talk about the minimums and I advise customer about the things they can do to be prepared and save time and money. We show up and Get it done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained to move items of all sizes, also keep up on new equipment to ensure safety. I have over 30 years of personal and professional experience.
