Two man team arrived and delivered a well needed trimming to my trees. He explained what he was doing and why it was needed. He offered additional services that we are planning in the next 6 months. Cleaned up and did amazing work!

Not sure why all the reviews are so positive for responsiveness. After agreeing on the bid (May 1st) and requesting for 2 of my palms to be trimmed when next in my area and Ubaldo agreed, I never heard back. I then messaged to see if he was still interested in the job on May 13th, again, no response. I don't see the advantage of Thumbtack......I can be ignored thru any app.
