- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge by the hour. We believe in being transparent with our clients in all that we do. Therefore we charge all services by line items. Our clients are able to see exactly how they are being charged down to the penny!! This allows our company to focus on each task to perfection without rushing.
