Russell Richardson says, "My condenser fan motor died on my A/C unit after business hours on a 115 degree day and I couldn't find any company that would be willing to sell the part to me. It was either they would only service my A/C unit, or they would sell to me if I was a licensed contractor, and I am just a DIY guy trying to save some money. So I put a desperation post on Facebook asking for anyone who would be willing to help and the first person to respond was A1 Cooling and Heating. They were willing to sell me the motor I needed, they asked for a picture to ensure they sell me the correct part. They let me ask questions about the install and they were more then willing to provide answers, and when I made calls earlier to other companies no one else was willing to help if they weren't installing the part. It was sold to me at a fair price, all while being honest about the owners cost and what they would charge for install if I needed. The owners wife then drove to meet me with the motor to save me half an hour of time instead of driving to meet the owner on his job site that was an hour away from me. All of this and they didn't charge an extra dime for that service, all just to be kind to me in my moment of need. Once I got home and began to change out the motor, I had a step I was confused on and I reached back out to the owner and he was willing to help me more and answers questions I had, I sent him pictures of my progress, and then he even sent pictures back to me of previous work he had done to guide me on my install. He asked me to notify him when I was done to ensure I did the install correctly, which I did, but not without their extra guidance and willingness to help. So if you are in need of a knowledgeable HVAC technician, a fair businessman, and just really good people, then I proudly endorse A1 Cooling and Heating to take care of all your HVAC needs. Thanks again to the owner Jose and his wife Alexandra for going above and beyond for me, I would give you ten stars if I could."See more
