Needed a marriage councelor immediately. Ray got us in within 3 days. Did separate sessions to really get to the bottom of shared problem. Husband will definitely be seeing him again.
After being married for more than 20 years, I figured my wife and I shouldn’t need anyone’s help to work out our problems. But our fights kept getting worse and worse until I was so upset and angry all the time that I insisted we enter therapy. We both did some research and ended up agreeing (for once) that we wanted to schedule a session with Ilisa. At first, we were uncomfortable discussing the intimate details of our marriage. But Ilisa was so warm and understanding, she soon put us at ease. I worried that she might take sides, but she was completely even-handed. She gave us tools that we could use whenever we started to get upset with each other. They worked beautifully and we both started feeling a lot better and more hopeful. Looking back, I don’t think our marriage would have survived without her.
She is an excellent minister, always prepared with an uplifting message for me. In addition, on 3/12/2012, my partner of 9 years died. Bonnie immediately got in her car and drove from San Tan Valley to Glendale to spend the day with me. She made sure I would be okay. When so many ministers would turn their backs because this was a homosexual relationship, she showed true compassion. She even posted an article in this spiritual group's newsletter honoring the relationship and showing true understanding that love is love. Many times since, she has acted as a grief counselor for me. I am honored to have Bonnie as my minister, and even more honored, because she is a very good friend of mine. I am blessed to have her in my life.
Angie is nothing short of spectacular. She guided my now husband & I through our marriage counseling prior to getting married this past weekend. So thoughtful, caring, & loving. Her comforting spirit and words always have a special place in our hearts. You will not be disappointed. I trust her with my life and our relationship goes beyond the alter!
I have found my training and interactions with Linda have really helped me to learn to stay-in-the-moment and to be a much more caring spouse. My listening skills have changed for the better and I am able to stay calm even when things get a little chaotic around me. She has helped me to see and understand the situations which can cause me to become overwhelmed and trigger some of the negative emotions I have experienced in the past when interacting with my spouse. I would highly recommend her as a marriage and couples therapist. Arthur P.
My wife and I were looking for marriage counseling. We have been having issues with communication and have lost touch with each other. For the past few years it just seemed we were bickering and snapping at each other more and more. The smallest things turned into relationship ending fights. We were on the road to divorce and needed to do something, we were on our last leg. I met Mande at networking event where she introduced her business and we connected instantly. I contacted her first without my wife and she helped me have a deeper understanding about my relationship with my wife. The most remarkable thing we learned is was what she calls "mirror work". I was never taught how our relationships bring out our inner-selves that need to be healed. This teaching has dramatically changed how we deal with conflict in our relationship and how I see my wife. Our relationship is so strong. We have never been more connected with each other. Her coaching has saved our marriage.
"Sequence Coaching" was exactly what we as a couple needed to get our issues of differences out and on the table! We just needed a nudge on being able to comunicate our issues and not let them fester and potentially ruin 42years of marriage and for that we are eternally greatfull !
After dating for many years we got married. And never having lived together, we both knew we were in for a significant change in our daily lives. This being the second marriage for both of us, we wanted to get our marriage started off on the right foot. A friend recommended that we meet with Jeff Small, who at the time was involved in a program designed to help married couples to reconnect. We very much enjoyed the program, and my husband especially felt comfortable sharing and opening up to Jeff. Jeff has a way of putting you at ease and making you feel it is safe to share. He has great ideas to break bad habits and stop negative self talk. In addition, we wanted to walk hand-in-hand with one another and strengthen our faith in God. Jeff’s background gave him the tools to incorporate that into our discussions. We believe, that as a married couple, we should be each other's safe haven for sharing our biggest fears, excitement, insecurities and joys without being judged by one another. Jeff facilitated this new way of loving and communicating. We highly recommend him for a relationship check-up or overhaul, you will not be disappointed!
My experience has been really good! Today was my first session but I feel like I was able to tell her about my issues and she was very intentional in her questions after to help me dig more into my issues. Overall I felt really good working with her. I've worked with other counselors but working with her has given me such a different and more enhanced experience, because she made me comfortable from beginning to end, to talk and help me with my issues and goals I want to accomplish.
I thought my marriage was over! Brandy is so easy to talk to and makes it comfortable to open up. At the same time, she tells it like it is and brings up the important points being ignored. Her honesty and positive outlook on relationships is refreshing. She even met with us at our location! We were able to gain insight into what was really missing from our marriage, heal from the wounds getting in the way, learned skills that helped us rebuild our trust, and came out feeling a stronger bond and even more in love. We cannot thank Brandy enough!!
Jason was very flexible and easy to work with regarding the content of our ceremony. He's exactly the type of person you WANT to officiate for you; he lives a life that epitomizes placing value and importance on marriage and is genuinely estatic to witness the joy in others. He kept the ceremony light and joyful. Thanks, Jason!!! You were wonderful and I couldn't have imagined a better officiant!
Miss Juanita was very professional. My husband and I really enjoyed our time when we had to do marriage counseling. She was very knowledgeable and we liked the fact that she what do you use personal experiences, to show what not to do. She showed us about valuing one another as well as respecting each other. Sir ceremony it was very well written well said we love the verses She used in prayer. We are very thankful that she allowed us to use her services
Kelsey Blythe is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT-10537). Her passion is to help her clients restore connection and repair their most important relationships. She believes all people need love and connection, and that unfortunately we can become stuck in negative cycles that affect each other, even when we are making our best effort to maintain the relationships. Kelsey helps her clients to have new healthy interactions and to experience a deeper, more vulnerable, connection. Though change is not easy and often frightening, she believes the best thing she can do for her clients is to help them to have the strength and worthiness to ask for connection, and to in-turn accept.

I preside over the marriage between one man and one woman only! I also offer some biblical Christian counseling.
I am a substance abuse counselor. I have worked with adolescents and adults with substance abuse issues and/or mental health issues. I do not have my own practice as I am not licensed; however, I have taken and passed the AZ test for substance abuse counselors.
