- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and based on the size and condition of your vehicle. There are no hidden fees, but heavily soiled vehicles or add-ons may affect the final price. If you mention Thumbtack, you’ll get $50 off your first full detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We ask that you let us know what type of detail you’re looking for, whether it’s a mini or a full. For first-time clients, we don’t offer quick washes so we can make sure the quality meets our standards. We require 24 hours advance notice for booking, and appointments can be scheduled through the Square App
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified, insured, and have over six years of experience in the detailing industry. We’ve built trusted partnerships with companies like SRP, Renewal by Andersen, and have worked with Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks players, which reflects the level of quality and professionalism we bring to every job.
