Eric did a fantastic job for a BIG job. He was responsive, actually answering the phone when I called and was very professional. He showed up on time and worked until the job was done. He also consulted the manufacturer specs on his computer while he was working just to make sure he did everything perfectly. I took a stack of his business cards and will be giving them out to all of my friends, and I'll never go back to a shop again unless it's absolutely necessary! Eric is now my personal mechanic.
