James was punctual and knowledgeable. I had a bad leak on my ram and James and crew were responsive to my on-site work location. Extremely convenient as the work week gets hectic and have to take days off to get car maintenance. They fix this problem and do it well. No more leaks and pleased with the results. Will hire again 👍

I would definitely use Hite Auto again! Even when I interrupted his vacation, I still got some helpful responses when James returned compared to other mobilemechanics that I've had to reach out to numerous times and fight to get estimates and information. James was able to very quickly get me fit into his schedule and was willing to work around my schedule and messaging which can be challenging for healthcare workers with hectic schedules. My car is running so much more smoothly and I can't express how grateful I am for the quick fix of my engine mounts. His rates are reasonable for the amount of work that goes into replacing engine mounts. He even sent me photos of the damaged mounts which was very helpful! Very kind and professional and accommodating.

Highly recommend. He was responsive, he reached out, very friendly and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Looked at the car at 9 am, and by 130 pm had the repair completed. Also showed me another spot that was leaking but was honest about it and told me it wasn’t a severe deal but needed to be fixed soon. He wasn’t pushy like some mechanics. I’m using him again for the second repair
