Workers at Cookies N Clean we're very nice and helpful. I loved the self serve setup.They provide an extra clean wash area with your own personal cube space, towels, brushes, wipes, cologne and great direction on wash setting. I Will defiantly be coming again. Recommend 10/10

Absolutely LOVED Cookies N Clean! Reasonably priced, friendly staff and executed the lion cut perfectly! My furry baby was returned to me happy and handsome. They also have the cutest soft treats my pup inhaled them in seconds.

Great place, with super kind people. Having a American Staffordshire/pitbull you learn that theres a lot of Groomers that will turn you down. When I walked through the door they made not only me but my dog feel welcome. On top of it he looked clean and smelled clean a WEEK after he went. Thank you!

This was our first time here and the service was good I asked for my doggo a spa wash and a trim because he needed it. Overall my experience again the service was good, the spa wash was great too.. he came out so shiny and soft but the trim was really bad. You can see where the groomer cut his hair there were a bunch of weird lines everywhere. It looks like a really bad hair cut. I didn't noticed until we got home because when I went to pick him up he was so excited to see me and was in a rush to get leave and get home.

The lines you are referring to we call "Tool Marks". These can happen in many situations but we're often able to correct them and they don't meet our quality standards.
We're not on Thumbtack often and we appreciate your feedback as reviews help future customers but they don't really do much for us as past customers.
What you want is excellent customer service and a quality groom. If you've not been back and or brought this to our attention in-person, please bring this up with your groomer on your next visit so that we may compensate you on your next groom. If you'd prefer to not invest in the same groomer we have 8 other groomers available.
