- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our charges are as follows: 1. We have a one time flat fee of $125 if we are needing to supply a truck. 2. Labor is billed with a 2 hour minimum, once over the minimum we bill in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate. 2 man crew $99/hour 3 man crew $145/hour 4 man crew $180/hour We offer additional packing supplies for purchase if necessary. In order to book services we require a $75 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to discuss the details of your move and to discuss anticipated labor hours. From there we require a $75 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final bill. This is to block off that time for your move in our calendar. Once deposit is taken our admin team will email an estimate for the maximum amount of hours anticipated and anything additional that was discussed over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are trained and have experience. They understand the fundamentals of moving and can complete any moving task at a trained professional level.
