My wife used this service and I must say, best customer service I have seen in a long time. Jaysin made sure we knew what was going on days in advance, all the way through till the movers were cleaning up. Not once were we feeling left in the dark. Movers very professional and careful with our product. Defiantly recommend.

Update* the issue was resolved.If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with- and I cannot stress enough- DO NOT HIRE THEM!The customer service is horrific. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service after making the booking- and the woman that I did get in touch with was nasty and rude.Then they canceled my order twice without my asking- and I kept having to call to make sure that the move was happening.They dont have a truck. They have subcontractors uber out and fill up an unhitched trailer- and then they will charge you for that extra time that it takes for the driver to get there.Then, in the middle of the move, they call me saying that they are trying to charge my card for the remaining balance. Not only that- but this extra charge was more than the total estimate they had originally given me. These people are straight up stealing.And then after the move- they charged me again for some unknown charge. I ended up paying double what I would have with a reliable, efficient and honest company who and decent customer service.Save yourself the stress and DO NOT give these people your money.
