Normally, I wouldn't give 5 stars so easily, but Chef Tess is impressive not only as a chef, but in character as well. I took a rather large group of kids and a couple of adults to one of her cooking classes and was AMAZED at her ability to engage and control the group. Several of the children have ADHD, and yet with Stephanie's warmth, laughter and sincerity, that group was all hers. She was professional, canny, and witty, and we were laughing with her almost the entire time. The quality of the instruction as well as the food went above and beyond my expectations. As a lover and connoisseur of healthy and REAL food, Chef Tess is definitely gifted and ready to teach and impress.

Chef Stacey catered an ASU graduation party for 15 people at a private home, and did an excellent job. We are from out of state and it was nerve-wracking to hire a caterer sight unseen, but Stacey put me at ease, coordinated beforehand, arrived on time, and presented a beautiful spread of delicious food. She is excellent at details - the skewers had little curled ends; the cucumbers in the veggie tray were scalloped; the artichoke dip was homemade. I paid for a higher-end appetizer buffet and she did not scrimp on quality in her food choices. As one of many examples, the fruit plate didn't have just "the usuals," but included some higher end fruits such as blackberries and raspberries. The meat and cheese tray was similarly high-end. Desserts were beautifully displayed and delicious. The quantity was very generous and we were able to offer some extra food to my daughter's college-student friends on their way out. Highly Recommend!

This was a wedding cake, which consisted of four tiers. Each tier was a different type of cake. The cakes were vanilla with blueberries, chocolate with peanut butter, a chocolate gluten free/vegan and the top tier was half blueberry and half chocolate. All the guests raved about it and we were very, very happy with it. Would use this baker again and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Cherie was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. I arranged for her to deliver a week's worth of meals to an employee of our company. She prepared the meals timely and made arrangements with the employee to drop the meals at his house. The recipients gave us wonderful feedback on the taste and quality of the food. We will definitely use Cherie in the future.

Jasmine prepared a Vegan menu, no Meat I was very skeptical at first since Iam a meat eater, but the variety the herbs and seasonings she used made me forget I was not eating meat. from the home made pasta made from vegetables, to the main course it was all delicious My family was very impressed, and its something that I could do. she was on time and her presentation was flawless. I loved the fact that she used all fresh healthy ingredients. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get healthy. and her prices were very reasonable.
