We hired Chef AJ for our 20 person wedding, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The menu included beef Wellington, shrimp with salmon-mousse, garlic potatoes, garden veggies, and baked mac and cheese — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The beef Wellington was perfectly cooked with tender, flavorful meat wrapped in a beautifully flaky pastry. The shrimp with salmon mousse was rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection — our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. It was a hit with everyone! Chef AJ was not only a master in the kitchen but also incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. He brought a calm, confident presence that made everything run smoothly and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. If you’re looking for a private chef who will deliver exceptional food and an unforgettable experience, Chef AJ is the one. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Chef AJ and his wonderful wife catered my son’s second birthday party. He cooked for us at our Airbnb every night for 4 nights and prepared breakfasts for us. Everything was so delicious and perfectly curated! We had a big group of 12 people and at every meal, every person enjoyed the dish. Chef and Mrs. Chef were also very sweet and personable. It was an absolute joy to have them in the kitchen. They really made the trip special, but most importantly - relaxing for all of us! 10/10. Ask Chef to make you his lamb chops! I think about them everyday!

We had an incredible experience with AJ for our bachelor party! From start to finish, he made everything so easy for our group. He was super responsive and professional, and he handled time management like a pro. The food was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked shrimp topped steaks, delicious broccoli, a baked potato, creamy mac n cheese, and warm rolls. The chef and his team took care of all the serving, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal without lifting a finger. They also left the space spotless afterward, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend him for any event!
