Food is my passion so it's always done with love and great intent. I am skilled in most cuisines, but I specialize in Cajun/Creole, Southern Soul food, Latin and Texas style BBQ. Can't say enough great things about Chef AJ and his team. We really enjoyed our dinner! They were so kind and accommodating a lot of different food allergies and picky eaters. They created unique dishes that were full of flavor and liked by all. They created a beautiful table scape and presentation for us. We had a Mediterranean salad to start, Cajun chicken and salmon on a bed of amazing mashed potatoes (7 potatoes used) with asparagus. To follow we had homemade banana and dragonfruit sorbet. It was AMAZING! Would 20/10 recommend!

Chef Aj did an amazing job!! We hired him for a sorority brunch to feed 15 ladies. He was very responsive as soon as I reached out on Thumbtack and knew exactly what we were looking for. He arrived on time and had our meal set up ready to serve in a timely manner. The set up was beautiful and he provided everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the food and we had leftovers for the next day. I would absolutely hire Chef Aj again and recommend him for your event!

Victoria: My man surprised me with the best birthday dinner ever. Chef AJ & his wife were warm and professional. They set up beautifully, served us and even cleaned up (including doing the Tupperware and take out containers for my family). The salad, pasta and crème brûlée were absolutely delicious and they made sure everyone could eat within their dietary restrictions (pescetarian, vegetarian and carnivore lol). I felt so special. My family loved the experience and I welcome my man to do this monthly. 😛 Thank yall for helping to make my bday perfect. 😘

Chef AJ...Was amazing.Hexwas timely, he was engaging, Everything discussed was exactly as planned.I loved his engagement with his daughter(EJ) she was an awesome assistant...The steak was tender and seared to perfection..The pasta was amazing..I can't say enough!
