Mike is an awesome personal trainer, working with my diet and training to lose weight where still needed and contour other areas. His hour workout is the best I've ever had with a personal trainer. He is very professional and is all about form - if you are not doing the form right it's not going to help you. Love training with Mike and would highly recommend him.

I had personal nutrition sessions with Brittany. She is very knowledgeable with training & supplementation & also is very in tune with the hormonal structures of the body. I think that wether you are just wanting to loose weight, tone up or have a bigger goal in mind like me, a bikini competition body, Brittany is a great tool to have.
Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!
