Mike is an awesome personal trainer, working with my diet and training to lose weight where still needed and contour other areas. His hour workout is the best I've ever had with a personal trainer. I have truly enjoyed my experience with Mike. I have spent many years struggling with weight loss. However my time wIth him has been the one Time. Where I have lost weight and kept it off. The thing that sets him apart from most trainers is that he truly cares about your progress , keeps you motivated, and takes the time to educate. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I am always studying new techniques and strategies daily. I also am studying nutrition and will take a nutrition class occasionally to keep my skills polished.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your research. There are a large amount of personal trainers out there. Look for credentials. Call and ask questions. If they are out of shape themselves. Run!!!
