Aja has done a great job in coaching me towards my weight loss. It has only been about 6 weeks and I have lost 10 pounds. The workouts are never the same which leads to even more weight loss. She also provides nutritional guidance along the way to produce greater health benefits. Thanks Aja!

Aja is awesome and really knows he stuff and not only spend the time to work you out, and doesn't let you off easy WHICH I THE POINT OF A TRIANER, she also helps guide you with nutrition! I recommend her!!!
