Introduction
My name is Shingai Kusena, I'm a Sports Performance & Fitness Trainer who is also an active Semi-Pro Track Athlete, representing Team Zimbabwe, specializing in the triple jump! My passion for Sports and Fitness started in my younger teenage years as I was gaining more understanding and getting more involved in the lifestyle of Fitness and developing as an athlete. My athletic abilities earned me a scholarship to study in the USA while studying a Bachelors in Human and Health Performance with an emphasis in Sports and Fitness management. I wanted to invest in my understanding of both fitness and health training and also Sports performance/human performance. My specialized programs are designed to bring the best out of you whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or an athlete looking to improve their athleticism, you have come to the right place. You set your goal, I will design a program specifically for you and then together we will do whatever it takes to crush that goal!

My experience with Authentic Fitness & Sports Performance has been more than a blessing. For starters, the fitness program is above and beyond what I expected. It is customized to improve my physical weaknesses by compartmentalizing each weakness and addressing each weakness with quality exercises, stretches and proper nutrition habits. Working with the an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Shingai is a mixture of professionalism, motivational coaching, hard work and constant learning. He always has his client's best fitness interest as the priority by ensuring proper communication of the fitness goals. Whether in person or virtually, Shingai maintains a responsive relationship with his clients for any fitness questions to ensure that proper fitness of his client is maintained around the clock. I have worked with Authentic Fitness & Sports Performance for a little over a month and the progress I have made as an athlete is more than I expected and intend to continue on this fitness journey and see how I can maximize my athletic potential.

Working with Shingai has been amazing, he breaks everything down for you and helps you to understand why you are doing certain things instead of just showing up and telling you to do things. He takes great care in his clients by formulating a personalized training program that gives you what you need. A lot of other programs are a one size fits all but Shingai makes sure to give you specifically what you need to improve. I’ve make huge gains from working with him and I know you will too. -DeAndre

Shingai is very flexible and quick at responding to my texts. He’s someone who values he’s client and make sure you’re getting your workout in even when you’re late to session. He’s very kind and a great listener.

Strongly recommend! You want to improve on your fitness this is the guy you need to see. He focuses a lot on the smallest details that matters in workout, also the forms and science behind each workout.
