I have been in the fitness industry for over 24 years. I am a personal trainer who loves my job! I specialize in getting my clients in better shape by creating personalized toning and weight loss programs. The reason why I started Ditch Your Gym is because today's fitness enthusiasts have busy lives like never before. It can prevent them from going to the gym, being consistent and achieving their goals. There is also a need for people to feel they can begin an exercise routine in a safe environment with a professional that can understand their situation. ​ I can help you lose weight, strengthen your body, build muscle, or simply feel better. Looking after your body is just about the most important thing you can do for yourself. Let me help you achieve your goals. My specialties include weight loss, toning, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and core strengthening. I can come to your home or you can train at my studio, an outdoor location or online. If you don’t want a trainer in your home, you can train with me via FACETIME OR ZOOM as it is like having me in the room with you without actually being there. Ditch Your Gym was born because: ​ Some people don't have time drive to the gym after work and want the convenience of a trainer coming to them! Some people don't want to belong to a gym. Some people don't want to workout in front of others and love the private studio space I can provide. Some people don't have access to a fitness facility that is close by. Some people like to take their workout outside. Some people want more variety than what a specialty studio can provide. Some people love the idea of a personal trainer but don't want to pay huge fees. Some people want a trainer to come to them or exercise in fresh air. I pride myself in creating a convenient, affordable and easy way to get in shape no matter where you are or what your situation is. The first session is free.

Rochelle is a wonderful trainer. She changed my life after I had my twins. I was in pain, and after a few months my body felt better, stronger, more energetic and no more pain. She changed my workout based on my needs as I progressed, she encouraged, gave me great tips for weight loss. I’ve been working out with her virtually for several years now, I was unsure of how that was going to be but ended up loving it. Rochelle is great! Not only is she very knowledgeable about fitness and health but she is also very kind, efficient, and flexible. She responds quickly and is always on time.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We do month-to-month pricing and have it set where it can be reasonable and budget conscious. We do group sessions, one on one sessions of all varieties to accommodate different fitness levels and price points. Everything is listed on our website. We are very transparent about pricing and packages we offer.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once you reach out to us we determine what you will need based on a free consultation and training session. We sit down with you and talk about what you want to do, what your goals are, where you are at right now and assess your posture/movement in a mini workout. Once we understand your goals and physical needs we can formulate a program that’s very individualized.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My fitness team and I have multiple certifications and have been training as 1 on 1 and group fitness instructors for over 25 years.
