I’m a D1 football player. I’ve had my experience with plenty of strength coaches and strength programs. Jay is one of the best motivators I’ve seen. His positivity and his ability to get you to push through those tough moments. Is what keeps me training with him. Also, he always finds a way to get a great workout in. No matter where we train! His experience and knowledge of strength training/nutrition is impressive. I will definitely continue to train with him when I get back from the season.
