I am training with Ronnie. I specifically requested a female trainer, but if you're worried about having a male trainer who doesn't listen, please don't worry about Ronnie!! He has excellent dance background, is very sensitive to my limits and still encourages me to push myself enough to meet my goals. He works extremely well with the exercise ball, aerobics and weights, and has a great way of making your forget you're working out so hard! Thank you very much for matching me with Ronnie!
