I charge a $25 booking fee when you first book. After that, you'll pay the standard session rate, which we can discuss further.

My typical process starts with understanding your fitness goals and crafting a personalized plan to achieve them efficiently. I’ll also consider any injuries or limitations you may have to ensure a safe and effective workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer with extensive experience in mobility, post-injury recovery, and strength conditioning. My background includes hands-on training with diverse clients, from older adults to those aiming for functional strength, ensuring effective and personalized fitness plans
