Nate is fantastic . I’ve been working with him for close to a month now . He sets up a good routine and pushes you but I can see immediate results in terms of my strength and conditioning . He is also assertive on things like diet / protein intake etc which is just as important as the training session itself . Nate is a super nice guy , very professional, always punctual and responsive . I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a personal trainer .

I've been working with personal trainers for over 25 years, and I know a good one from a mediocre one. Nate is one of the great ones. I work with personal trainers for several reasons: 1 - I don't have the bandwidth to devise a unique workout each time I go to the gym; I end up doing roughly the same exercises any time I'm on my own. Nate comes prepared with a routine that matches my strength-training goals and provides enough variety to keep my muscles from adapting too quickly. 2 - I'm very conscientious when it comes to proper form and exercising safely. Nate makes sure I maintain proper form during each exercise so I get the most out of my workout. One time, I experienced knee pain at the leg press machine, and he was immediately able to diagnose the issue and correct my form so that I could complete all 3 sets safely and pain free. 3 - I'm older now and I have some limitations in terms of what I can and can't do. Nate remembers what those issues are and works around them--changing up an exercise if needed to avoid pain and, at the same time, helping me strengthen weaker areas to eliminate the issues altogether. If you're looking for an effective, fun, professional and safe personal trainer, you can't go wrong with Nate!
